Family-run with heart for generations
In 1960 Werner Mayr's parents opened a tavern with a dance hall, which soon became a guesthouse. In 1986 Werner and Astrid took over the family business. Today, their daughter Evamaria continues the family tradition alongside them. Here we share a piece of our history with you and show who today, with heart and personality, stands behind Mayr.
Three personalities. One host family.
While the Senior Host and head chef Werner Mayr crafts new dishes for you behind the scenes every day, the Senior Hostess, the heart and soul of the place, is always there for our guests and takes care of reservations and personal matters. Daughter Evamaria accompanies you in service and is happy to help you choose the right wine.
